ConservatorshipsAdvice, counsel and representation for individuals seeking conservatorships as well as, when appropriate, representation for conservatees. Our office provides assistance with general, limited, temporary and permanent conservatorships when a family member is not able to act on his own behalf.
Estate ConsiderationsAssistance in understanding the relationship between government benefit programs for the disabled and resources obtained through inheritances, as well as the preparation of wills and trusts.
