How to Contact Us
On many days our attorneys are out of the office and not available during
"normal" business hours. In order to ensure that people calling
the office for the first time are able to speak with someone, we have established
an "intake call" procedure. That procedure directs a potential new
client call to one of the paralegals working with the office. The paralegal
will obtain basic information and, if the office thinks it can be of help,
arrange a time for the individual calling to see one of the attorneys.
The needs of each child and any given situation are unique, as are the documents related to the child. So that we can learn about the particular child and review the records related to the child, personal consultations are necessary. We do not give legal advice over the telephone or through e-mail.
If you wish to consult with the office, you can call one of our intake paralegals. The paralegals are available from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. At other times and on Friday, a message can be left for the paralegal on the intake line and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
